We are asking the Lord for a special, indeed most special, graceasking all of you to unite in prayer with us. Since twelve years the Italian Confraternities put themselves every year on a "march" to increase communion among them and, even more, with Jesus the Salvation while the spiritual groups of the Muslims, incredibly, are on a march since about a thousand years.
Now that they have invaded Europe without we colleagues even noticing it, we discover that we have to be the first interlocutors. More than once we have written about the opportunity of beginning a merely religious dialoque between aur Confraternities and Islam. Perhaps it escapes us that it is Providence which imposes on us, precisely as Confraternities, that it be we who seek dialogue with the "Islamis marches".
The recent contact with the Confraternity of Saint Anthony of Padua, in the Archdiocese of Lagos, gives us hope: that precisely in Nigeria such an "encounter and dialogue" can begin.
Hence the invitation to our Brothers and Sisters to unite with our fervent prayer to Padre Pio to ask for the grace (the miracle?) of being able to begin such an "encounter and dialogue";
